Celebrating 40 Years
Built on our motto, “Honest and Equitable Dealing,” RESIDCO is a specialist in transportation assets supporting the physical economy. Founded by Vincent Kolber in 1982, RESIDCO’s measured and diligent approach to investing has allowed the business to continue to grow throughout every major cycle of the past four decades and remain one of the few entities specializing in both rail and aviation equipment. This combination provides not only a natural hedge and protection against sector-specific volatility, but also cross-asset class structuring benefits.
RESIDCO has built lasting relationships with its leasing customers by the provision of flexible and creative solutions for our customers’ fleet financing requirements.
RESIDCO employs its own balance sheet and underwriting expertise to act as principal in this marketplace. RESIDCO also structures joint ventures with capital partners seeking to engage in the asset classes in which we specialize.
RESIDCO looks forward to providing customized leasing solutions for the next 40 years.
